Booking Policy
Once we confirm the availability of your preferred dates, a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining 80% balance is due upon check-in.
Please note that without the advance deposit, the reservation will be considered invalid.
If you decide to cancel your stay after check-in, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled stay in accordance with local regulations.

Early check-In or Late Check-Out is subjected to room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the management.

Early Check-In is free of charge (depending on availability). Late Check-out up to 17:00 is charged with 50% of the daily room rate. Late Check-out after 17:00 is charged with 100% of the daily room rate.

Cancellation Policy

30+ Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge.

14-30 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made within 14–30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is not refundable.

During Stay: If you cancel your stay during your visit, the full cost of the scheduled stay will apply.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, corridors, and enclosed areas.
Violating this policy will result to a fine.
In-Room Kitchen Policy
Guests are responsible for using the in-room kitchen responsibly:

Strongly odorous cooking (e.g., frying) is not allowed.

The room should be ventilated during cooking (windows open, air conditioning off).

Guests are expected to clean and wash used dishes.

If you prefer not to have sharp kitchen items in the room, please notify us, and we will remove them for safety.

Studios Soti is not liable for accidents caused by unauthorized use of kitchen appliances, especially by minors.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted inside the rooms, except for certified service animals. Please inform us when booking if you are traveling with a service animal to ensure we prepare accordingly.
Children & Additional Guests

Children under 4 stay free with parents in the same bed.

A crib can be provided for an extra cost of 7 Euros per night.

Cribs are subject to availability on specific rooms and should be requested in advance.

Contact us prior to arrival to confirm your room’s setup.

Extra beds are available upon request for specific room types and are charged at a rate of €15 per night.

Only the number of guests specified in the original booking is allowed to stay without additional charges.

Any additional guests, including those requiring extra beds, must be included in the reservation at the time of booking or communicated to the hotel in advance.

Children’s Safety Policy

Children under 10 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Parents are responsible for monitoring the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the kitchen.

Studios Soti is not liable for accidents resulting from unauthorized use of appliances or kitchen items by minors.

Age Requirements
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Damage to the Property
Studios Soti reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property or structure.
Excessive Noice
The quite hours to be respected are from 14:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 08:30.

Parking
There is free parking available near the premises. The availability is subjected to priority.

Lost Keys
In the event that you lose your room key, a replacement fee of €50 will be charged.
Please report any lost keys to the front desk as soon as possible.
