STUDIOS SOTI POLICY

 

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time: 14:30.

Check-out time: 11:00.

Early check-In or Late Check-Out is subjected to room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the management.

Early Check-In is free of charge (depending on availability). Late Check-out up to 17:00 is charged with 50% of the daily room rate. Late Check-out after 17:00 is charged with 100% of the daily room rate.

 

PARKING

There is free parking available near the premises.

 

PETS

No-pets allowed in the rooms and balconies.

 

SMOKING

All our rooms are 'Non-Smoking'.  extra charges might be applied if smoking occurs inside the rooms.

 

DEPOSIT

To make a reservation, it is requested form our guests an advance payment of 20% of the room total. The payment can be done through bank/online bank transfer, Western Union or MoneyGram. Please note that the deposits are not refundable for all reservations during the peak season (July-August)  in any case. The rates do not include a Overnight Stay Tax of 0.50 Euro per night/person. 

 

CHILDREN

It is allowed for a child up to 5 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs/cots are upon request and need to be confirmed with the management. The baby crib/cot it is charged 7.00 Euros per night. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults. 

 

EXTRA BEDS

An extra bed for an additional occupant is possible upon request for specific rooms. The extra bed it is charged +15.00 Euros per night.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY

Studios Soti reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property or structure.

 

EXCESSIVE NOISE

The quite hours to be respected are from 14:00 to 17:30 and from 22:30 to 08:30.
